Ask for a refund within 14 days of the €19 payment. No reason is required. The three-day trial is free and is not charged.
How
Sign in and open Account, or use the Stripe receipt emailed after payment. Refunds go back through Stripe to the original method. Card refunds can take several days to appear.
What happens to access
When the refund completes, the full space locks again. The free sample and private safety stay available.
Chargebacks
If you request a refund first, we can usually complete it without a card dispute. A dispute may lock the account until Stripe decides.
