Who this covers
This notice is for people who open Together, Better, create an account, or pay. It is meant to meet GDPR transparency duties in plain language. Last updated 22 September 2026.
What we collect
Account: email, name you give, sign-in provider. Private space: situation choices, optional notes, needs, agreements, safety answers you type, trial and payment status, Stripe customer and checkout ids. Technical: session cookies needed to stay signed in. We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
Why
To run the product you asked for (contract), to take payment (contract and legal obligation for invoices), to keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and to honour deletion and refund requests (legal obligation).
Who sees it
You. The operator, to run the app. Stripe, for payment. Hosting and database providers (the app’s host and Postgres). Google or X only if you choose that sign-in. A partner never sees your private notes unless you later share a specific item — this version does not include partner sharing. This product does not notify a partner of a safety disclosure.
How long
Account and notes until you delete the account. Payment records as Stripe and tax law require (typically several years on Stripe’s side). Preview databases may be wiped when a preview restarts; production data is stored in the operator’s Postgres database.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection where GDPR gives them. Delete the account from Account, or write from the email on the account. You may complain to your local data-protection authority (in Poland, UODO).
Cookies
We use only cookies (and a preview sign-in token) required to keep you signed in and to protect the session. No analytics or advertising cookies. A consent banner is not shown because these are strictly necessary.
Safety and exit
Quiet exit hides this site behind an ordinary kitchen page. It cannot erase browser history, screenshots, notifications, billing, or a shared device. Use a device you consider safer if you are afraid.
Children
The product is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep accounts for children. If one is created, delete it from Account or contact the operator.
International transfers
Stripe and sign-in providers may process data outside your country under their own terms and safeguards. The app database is wherever the operator’s host places it.
