What you are buying
Together, Better is relationship education: written scripts, private notes, needs, small agreements, and invitations. It is not therapy, not counselling, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device. It does not monitor emergencies and does not contact anyone for you.
Who it is for
You must be 18 or older. It is for one adult’s private use. Being someone’s partner does not give them access to your notes or safety answers.
Price and trial
Sample help (the arguing script and private safety) stays free. After you sign in, the full private space is open for three days. After that, full use is a single payment of €19 (nineteen euros), not a subscription. Help now, support resources, quiet exit and safety stay available without paying.
How payment works
Payment is collected by Stripe. The card statement may show TOGETHER BETTER. Unlock is granted only after Stripe confirms the payment — not because you tap a button. Keep the Stripe receipt. VAT is added by Stripe where it can calculate it; otherwise the advertised price is €19.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of payment, no reason needed. Sign in and use Account, or the Stripe receipt. We refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Access to paid scripts ends when the refund is completed. The free sample and safety stay.
Immediate access
Paid scripts are digital content delivered at once. EU consumers still keep the 14-day refund above. That is a commercial guarantee, not a waiver of mandatory rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password you use. Sign-in with Google or X is also offered. We do not send password-reset mail yet — use Google or X, or another email, if you lose an email password. You may delete your account from Account in the private space.
Acceptable use
Do not use this product to coerce, monitor, or control a partner. If you are afraid, or a child is not safe, stop joint exercises and use local emergency services or a specialist helpline. This product will not notify a partner of a safety disclosure.
Limits of the scripts
Scripts are educational. They are not a promise that a relationship will improve, continue, or end well. Sources are listed on Limits. Content is not a substitute for a clinician or a domestic-abuse specialist.
The seller
The seller is the operator who receives the Stripe payment for Together, Better. For billing questions, use the email on your Stripe receipt. For account deletion, use Account after you sign in.
EU consumers
If you buy as a consumer in the EU or EEA, mandatory consumer-protection rules apply and prevail over anything here that would reduce them.
Changes
If the price or these terms change, existing lifetime unlocks stay. New purchases follow the terms shown at checkout.
